Little Outlaws (Ages 5-13)

For beginner/ experienced wrestlers ages 5-13 years old. This program strives to develop basic wrestling fundamentals, introduce competition, and instill characteristics such as- respect, discipline, toughness, and hard work.

Middle/ High School (Ages 14-18)

For experienced wrestlers ages 14-18 years old. Our premier program with 4 national qualifiers, 1 state champion, 7 state placers, and 15 state qualifiers. Strives for excellence in state and national competitions.

Join Outlaw Wrestling Club

Join Outlaw Wrestling Club for the 2025-26 Folkstyle Wrestling Season! We emphasize respect, discipline, and competitive excellence during our program, while developing wrestling skills. The 2025-26 Folkstyle Season will last 6 months (September 2025 - February 2026). All practices are taught according to our Outlaw Wrestling curriculum. The 2025-26 Folkstyle Season will be capped by the 2026 WSWA Folkstyle State Championships in the Tacoma Dome on Sunday, February 22, 2026. This program includes coaching at 12 tournament opportunities most within 1 hour driving distance of Tacoma.

2025-26 Folkstyle Season Practice Schedule

Little Outlaws (Ages 5-12)

  • ​Outlaw Wrestling Club Little Outlaws Program is designed for beginner and intermediate wrestlers ages 5-12. The focus of practice is developing basics, practicing routines, and growing attention span. From September to February, Little Outlaws will practice 3 times per week for 90 minutes each (listed below). In the 2025-26 Folkstyle Season, there will be 11 tournament opportunities mostly within 1 hour driving distance. 

Middle/ High School (Ages 13-18)

  • Outlaw Wrestling Club Middle/ High School Team is designed for beginner and experienced wrestlers ages 13-18. The focus of practice is drilling basics, developing new techniques, and being in good shape. From September to November, Middle/ High School will practice 4 times per week for 90 minutes each (listed below). During high school season, these practices will change to Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. In the 2025-26 Folkstyle Season there will be 11 tournament opportunities for middle schoolers and 3 tournament opportunities for high schoolers mostly within 1 hour driving distance.

Registration

Additional Costs

In addition to the registration fee above, a USA Wrestling membership will cost $20 to participate in local folkstyle tournaments (Limited Membership) or $55 to participate in all local tournaments including freestyle and greco (Full Membership).

What To Bring

Always bring clean clothing to practice (gym shorts, t-shirt, socks, wrestling shoes) and a water bottle. 

Tournaments

Outlaw Wrestling Club is a sanctioned member of USA Wrestling and one of many local USAW clubs that compete at local folkstyle, freestyle, and greco wrestling tournaments. Tournaments vary in location and all kids are encouraged to compete in selected tournaments. Tournaments are chosen to compete against each region of the state in a planned cadence leading up to the State Championships. Parents are responsible for pre-registering their wrestler(s) for tournaments.
