High School Intro/Refresher to Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling Camp

Join us for a fun and educational weekend at the Outlaw Wrestling Club! This camp is perfect for wrestlers aged 13-18 who want to learn or brush up on their freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling skills.

Location: Outlaw Wrestling Club (2079 Mildred St W, Fircrest, WA 98466)

What to Expect:

• Live wrestling sessions

• Engaging games to build skills and teamwork

• Review of freestyle and Greco-Roman rules and point scoring

• Expert instruction in freestyle and Greco-Roman techniques

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Technique, flow wrestling, light drilling (both styles)

• 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Lunch break- bring your own

• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Drilling and live wrestling (both styles)
